Return Policy

Local pickup orders: All returns must be made within 20 days of order

Shipped orders: All returns must be made within 20 days of receipt of product   

Return Policy:
Product must be in original condition (unwashed and unworn with tags still attached). Item must be free of perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or stains.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend you use Canada Post and a tracked shipping method for your return, as packages lost in transit are out of our control. 

Items that are not eligible for return are: 
Hats, headbands, or used items (unless defective). If you send back an item that is not eligible for return then you are responsible to pay for return shipping back to you. We will NOT issue refunds on ineligible items.


Damaged Items:
In the event that an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, we must be contacted within 5 days of receiving the product in order to issue a full refund. Pop Kids Marketplace will be responsible for all costs associated with replacing and returning the item if the item is damaged or defective. Damages caused by removing hang tags will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
Exchanges will be given on a case-by-case basis (new and handmade items only). Please contact us to discuss.
