Return Policy

Local pickup orders: All returns must be initialized within 30 days of order pickup.
Shipped orders: All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase.  

Return Policy:
Our return policy lasts 60 days from the estimated date of purchase (30 days for local pickup orders).
Eligible returns must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please notify us by email at hello@shoppopkids.com. Please provide your order number, item(s) being returned, your name and address, as well as the reason for return. We will provide you with a return slip, which you must put on your carefully packed package and bring to the shipping carrier mentioned on the slip. A $4.95 return fee will be deducted. from your refund when the item is received and processed. 

Refunds are not possible in these situations:

  • The item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • The item is returned more than 60 days after your order date
  • The item was bought on final sale
  • Personalized items are final sale. Exchange or credit will be offered if the return request is due to an error on our part. We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. We will cover the shipping fees.
